Adult individual counseling: Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Concerns, Addictions, and Grief and Loss.

I believe in the importance of a supportive therapeutic relationship. Life can be intensely painful at times. However, I believe that storms can be weathered, and individuals can come out stronger and wiser on the other side of hardships if they feel supported through the difficult times and are open to grow. I aim to provide support, encouragement, and guidance in assisting my clients in weathering, and growing from some of life’s storms.

have training in both Christian and secular counseling approaches. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based approach, to help individuals gain insight and the skills they need. I am currently seeing adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, disordered eating, drug and alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and related concerns.
