Types of therapy approach used

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people identify how their thoughts contribute to their beliefs and feelings about themselves and the world around them. I also use Interpersonal Therapy as a way to utilize the therapeutic relationship to help my clients understand their relationships and behaviors better.
