I love to be active! When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me jogging, hiking, or checking out the newest restaurant or hot spot in town. I love laughing with friends, playing board games and traveling. I am always planning my next adventure! Self care is so important and I believe in practicing what I preach. I enjoy working with clients to help them figure out how they can best care for themselves and find fun ways to do so.
