Types of therapy approach used

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – This is a research based theory which stresses how thinking affects feelings and behaviors.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) – This is an experiential therapeutic approach enabling individuals
to be better connected with themselves and develop Self-leadership skills.

Soul Care – Although not a ‘clinical approach’, soul care utilizes Scripture to assist with spiritual
discernment and is integrated with clinical approaches to facilitate growth and maturity.
