Types of therapy approach used

Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Family Systems.
In addition, I offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for disruptive behaviors in young children. I am also trained in and use trauma focused treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I am also trained in Prepare-Enrich, a pre-marital assessment/relationship inventory.

Ages 2 and up. Individuals, families, and couples.

Trauma, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, relationship/interpersonal issues, codependency, depression, anxiety, infidelity, self-harm, spirituality issues, self-esteem/identity, family of origin issues, grief and loss, adjustment and phase of life issues, behavior management issues in young children.

Personal note or two

When I’m not working I love to spend time with my husband and daughter. I like to travel and explore places that I have never seen. I’m also particularly fond of my morning cup of coffee from Starbucks!
